  During the pleasant midsummer, in order to regulate work pressure, improve team collaboration ability, employees' sense of responsibility and mission, and enhance communication between departments. The company organized a team building activity on June 10, 2023, with the theme of "2023 Summer Team Building, Creating a Future Together" and the core goal of "enhancing team communication, enhancing team belonging and cohesion".

  Everyone was as enthusiastic as the sun. At 9 a.m., all employees arrived at the Fanjingshan Hotel on time, and then arrived at the golf course. In front of them, the landscape was embraced, the water and the sky were in one color, and the scenery was panoramic. It was refreshing to breathe the fresh air on the lawn. Everyone enjoys themselves with the thought of 'embracing the sunshine with a clear sky'.

  It is said that there are no worries that cannot be solved by a single barbecue meal. If there are, then just two meals. Afterwards, they came to the Fanchen Qishe to organize a barbecue, where everyone was arranging ingredients and flipping skewers, busy and happy. The charcoal fire was blazing up, and strands of green smoke were scattered throughout the barbecue, emitting a delicious meat aroma. Here, every employee speaks, smiles, bakes, eats, and enjoys the pleasure of taste buds.

  After the barbecue project ended and rested for a moment, everyone went to the Miao family tavern to taste farmhouse cuisine, chatting and laughing amidst the delicious food, and gathered together to chat happily. This team building activity provides a great communication platform for various departments, allowing each employee to fully immerse themselves in their work and make greater contributions to the sustainable development of the company.
